Star Air, a subsidiary of the Sanjay Ghodawat Group, has announced the resumption of direct flights connecting Hyderabad, Jharsuguda, and Bhubaneswar. The airline will operate six flights per week on this route to strengthen its regional presence and facilitate smoother travel and trade between South and East India, particularly between Telangana and Odisha.
The introduction of these flights is expected to significantly boost business, tourism, and overall regional development. By reducing travel time, the flights will link Hyderabad’s technology and commercial sectors with the industries in Jharsuguda and the growing market and tourist attractions in Bhubaneswar. Capt Simran Singh Tiwana, CEO of Star Air, stated that this route serves as more than just a flight connection; it is a strategic link for commerce and opportunity that will enable quicker business transactions, attract new investments, and support local communities in driving India’s next phase of regional growth.
